Reservations
Regale welcomes guests for dinner from 5:30pm, Thursday to Monday, offering table seating, booth seating, and a VIP dining room suitable for groups of 12 or more. Our dress code is smart casual.
We offer a curated, fine-dining experience with a focus on set menus and high-quality service. Our menu celebrates seasonal ingredients and a fusion of Eastern and Western flavours, designed for shared enjoyment. The Chef’s Selection requires a minimum of two guests, and all diners at the table must select the same menu. For bookings of 7 people or more, please see 'Group Bookings' below.
Our À la Carte menu will still be available Thursday to Sunday, but until January 2026, we require a minimum spend of $69 per head, not including drinks. This gives guests flexibility, while allowing the kitchen and service team to deliver a smoother experience.
For a more relaxed experience, join us on Monday for Grill Night, with premium steak cuts, seasonal sides, and unlimited fries and salad from $49pp.
Looking for something different? Galer, our basement bar, is open late every Friday and Saturday, with happy hour from 7–9pm and live music from 9:30pm. We also serve our Pasta & Wine special for $35pp on these nights (walk-ins only).
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We take dietary requirements seriously and will do our utmost to accommodate all guests. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance when booking. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free meals due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
Fees & Cancellations
All weekend bookings incur a 10% surcharge, and public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge.
A credit card is required for all reservations. We require a minimum notice period of 24 hours for any amendments to bookings or cancellations. No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a $45 fee per person. Group Bookings
We are more than happy to accommodate large groups. Groups of 7 and above are required to dine from our set menus, please note that a 10% service charge applies. Exclusive events and private hire are available upon request, please contact our team for details.
Special Celebrations
Small personal decorations (flowers, cards, or table items) are welcome with prior notice. For larger or more elaborate setups, please contact the restaurant beforehand to ensure suitability within the venue’s layout and ambience.
Birthdays are always welcome at Regale. We invite guests to celebrate with our special Black Forest Mousse Cake from Tori’s, just simply add it to your reservation at least 3 days in advance and enjoy a hassle-free experience.
Guests may also bring cakes from recognised patisseries such as Musu&Co, Le Yeahllow, LeTAO, and similar establishments, but please note that a BYO cake fee of $5 per person applies to cover storage, plating, and cutting. For health and food safety reasons, homemade cakes are not permitted.

费用与取消政策
周末预订将收取 10% 附加费,公共假期将收取 15% 附加费。
所有预订均需提供信用卡信息。如需更改预订或取消,我们至少需要 24 小时的提前通知。未如期到店(No-show)或当日取消将收取每位 $45 的费用。
